Refund returns are only accepted and your money refunded on items that have a
defect. Allow up to 30 days for processing refunds.
Size exchanges are accepted with a restock/reship fee. Exchanges are
for like item/different size only. The following fees apply for size
exchanges: $5.00 for the first item, add $1.00 for each additional item.
All fees must be paid before the new item(s) will be sent.
Please measure for your baton CAREFULLY. There are instructions on
the bottom of this page.
You must FIRST contact us for all exchanges/returns BEFORE mailing
back the items. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any reason. We
reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return at any time.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned and have a
manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of the receipt of your
purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the
original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Please measure baton length BEFORE ordering!
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, except if it is the fault of Twirler Central.
This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping
and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your clothing item or baton is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing
item or baton for a different size or color. Size exchanges are accepted with a

Return to Sender Items- All paid and processed orders are sent on behalf of Twirler
Central and its partners with the belief that you wanted the item. Any refused or
unopened packages sent back marked "Return to Sender" will automatically be
charged a 50% restock fee PLUS the original shipping cost. The fees will be
deducted from your refund.

FINGER. THIS IS THE BATON LENGTH YOU SHOULD ORDER.
IF YOUR MEASUREMENT IS AT 1/2" SIZE, YOU SHOULD
ORDER THE NEXT SIZE UP.
EXAMPLE: MEASURES 19 1/2" - ORDER A 20" BATON
